• Please be advised that returns from the United States are not fully refundable. If you are making a purchase from the U.S., please review the following four points:

1. American customers are responsible for all duties and brokerage fees required by the courier prior to delivery. If a shipment is refused, shipping and admin costs will be deducted from any potential refund.

2. These government-mandated fees can total approximately 30-35% of the purchase price plus additional brokerage fees from carriers such as FedEx or Purolator. These costs are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

3. In the event of a return or a refused delivery due to these charges, you will be refunded the cost of the items only. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and a $50 administrative fee will be applied to cover the processing of refused units.
